What is your order procedure?
First, choose your favorite items and confirm the order, then we will send you the proforma invoice for confirmation. You need to sign it and send us the copy by email or fax.
Second, please arrange the deposit. Once we receive the deposit, we will begin the production.
Third, once the order is finished, we will take pictures and send them to you for check or you can come to our factory and check your items.
Forth, if everything is confirmed, then please arrange the balance to us and once we receive the balance, then the shipment will be arranged.
Can we change the size and color based on the original?
